One of the snowiest skiing areas in northern Italy is our area: Ratschings-Jaufen. Our hotel is situated directly near mountain plants of the ultra-modern ski lifts. Here you will find 25 km of perfectly prepared slopes a various sky program.

Visit us and you will find suitable slopes for the whole family: from very high slopes for free riders, to easy ones for beginners and children. We do not forget snowboarders: from a total of 8 ski lifts, only one type of lift is for truly beginners, so the seven remaining are comfortable and heated chairlifts.

During your ski holiday in Ratschings sports you will sky so passionately, but also will have fun and not miss Entertainment: après ski - so much feasting and music await you nearby!

Cross-country in Ratschings

Ratschings Jaufen is a paradise for practicing cross country skiing in the Alps! Here the best international cross-country skiers regularly train for their long season.

Snowshoe-hiking

Breath the pure mountain air and enjoys our wonderful snowy landscape. Far from the tracks, among woods and nature, surrounded by snow everywhere, you will have the chance to discover Ratschings from another point of view.

A snowshoe hike in Ratschings is the direct and probably the best way to feel the snow. Weather conditions are suitable here to take small or longs walks with snowshoes! We always have plenty of snow, and you can find beginners, medium and hard tracks to enjoy. We will be glad to inform you with all the details you need on the different tracks and suggest you the one which most suits you.

In short: tobogganing is so funny!

It is really fantastic, because everyone can participate. You don’t need special qualifications or trainings, it is a winter sport for young and older people and you can go tobogganing alone, in pairs or in large groups, it is always fun! In South Tyrol, tobogganing is a very popular sport and hardly another kind of winter sport has such a long tradition.
